Dear friend,

Thank you for visiting me.

If you will look at the address bar, above, you will see "My3rdAct.com". And indeed, I'm in my 3rd act of a three act play.

My first act lasted for 22 years and was basically, carefree and happy: a white-picket-fence existence. Raised by my beloved grandfather and grandmother, my life was full of music lessons, camps, church events and school.

After college, my second act began with my grandfather taking me to the bank and cosigning on my first loan to establish my credit, the leasing of my first apartment and the beginning of my career which lasted 44 years. During the years, I also was involved in several different home businesses such as Amway and AVON as well as two different businesses that I started myself.

While I help my friend in his hotel a little, my third act began with the replacing of work for travel. I do dabble in the buying and selling of domains and I enjoy writing. You can always find me at my virtual building, TheCypressBuilding.com and more specifically, at this blog where I write about life in this third act.
