A number of years ago, a woman contacted me about a tiny little domain name that I owned. She offered me $5,000.00 for that name. With its sale to her, I realized very quickly the great profit potential that domain names can bring.
And so, ever since, I have bought and sold domain names. I think of it much like flipping houses, only digitally.
I do not attempt the sales myself. I use the third party site, Afternic to handle the sale. They are owned by Godaddy.com and this way you can be assured of a seamless sale. Here are my current domains:
