Angelina Jordan has been singing since she was around 7 (professionally). She's now around 16 or 17 but she is one of the most proficient and talented singers I believe I've ever heard. Here, she's singing the Billie Holiday tune: "I'm a fool to want you". Just listen to her unique voice and styling.
