The Magnolia Room

I had been reading about The Magnolia Room on Facebook and so I wanted to visit the restaurant. Once we arrived, I realized that I had been there before a number of years ago with my friend June (RIP). As soon as I saw the green canopy and entered, I remembered it.

The buffet was long and the servers were polite. It's a cafeteria style restaurant where you tell the server what you want and they put it on your plate as you down the row.

The food was delicious and we had an attentive waitress. To be honest, while the food was great, it was not that great to have gone all that way in Atlanta traffic. I'm not sure we will be back but only because we live quiet aways from Tucker.

I had turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes and squash with a piece of Coconut Cream Pie and David had pork chops and green beans. We left full.

I can't remember HOW we got there because I wasn't driving. The best thing to do is to put the following address into your GPS. But I can tell you that this is a very well established and reputable restaurant that has been on the scene for many years. We enjoyed it very much. Here is the address:
