Zouq Pakistani Indian Cuisine

Zouq Pakistani and Indian Cuisine is located in Duluth, on Pleasant Hill Road.

It's right next to a Muslim Mosque and you can see people heading to Friday prayers.

It isn't a fancy restaurant as far as decor goes. As you can see it has concrete floors and they didn't even have a waitress. As we entered, we placed our order with the host.

But the food. BUT THE FOOD. BUT THE FOOD!!!!!! I think it is the best Indian food that I have experienced to date. Look at that chicken above. It was so tender and it was seasoned with herbs and spices that made it melt in my mouth. I told the host to give me the least spicy rice and this is what he brought me. It was so good and not spicy. And that Garlic Nan bread was to die for. The lack of decor was so minor compared to the delicious food.

As people got out of prayers, they headed over here.

David, on the other hand, wanted spicy rice and this is what they brought him to go with his chicken legs and Nan bread.

There used to be an Indian buffet that we went to regularly for lunch. Unfortunately, they closed. We will now be going to this place regularly. They offer a buffet as well as a menu. We loved it here.

If you are a guest in my hotel, pull out of the parking lot and go to the right, to the light. At the light, turn right onto Pleasant Hill Road and go to the third light, which is Club Drive. As you are approaching Club Drive, look to your left and you will see a shopping center. The restaurant is in that shopping center, at the end. To get into the shopping center, turn left onto Club Drive and then turn left into the shopping center. Go to the end and you will find this wonderful restaurant.
